Your goals leave the someday pile.

Each one gets a number, a date, and a reason. Written down and moving.

You get hours back every week.

A time system that kills procrastination, cuts the noise, and hands work to the right people.

You stop starting over.

Habits and check-ins keep momentum going long after the program ends. No more every-January reboots.

Who you'll be working with

Hi, I'm Peer.

I've spent my career helping professionals and teams turn "someday" into a date on the calendar. Going Top Right grew out of a simple observation: most people don't fail for lack of ambition. They fail for lack of a system.

I bring the system. You bring the ambition.

Programs

Coaching programs built around real goals

One professional with a stalled goal, a whole team pulling in ten directions, or a communications leader who needs a room of true peers — there's a clear starting point for each.

Key offering · New

The Comms Manager Cohort

A 12-month roundtable for communications and marketing leaders — the people who carry the brand, the calendar, the creative team, and the pressure, usually without a single peer who truly gets the job.

One session a month: a focused 30-minute talk, honest peer discussion, and one practical assignment that moves the needle before we meet again. Built on the best thinking in modern marketing — from earning attention to ruthless simplicity — and road-tested with communications teams at large churches, where the stakes are high and the resources never are.

What members say matters most isn't the content. It's the room: the first one where everyone else actually understands what you do.

Ask about the next cohort
  • Q1 · FoundationKnow the world you're speaking into, the story only you can tell, and who your "someone" really is.
  • Q2 · StrategyBrand voice and visual identity, earned attention, and what makes your organization genuinely remarkable.
  • Q3 · ExecutionRuthless simplicity, platform strategy, and a 12-month communications calendar that actually breathes.
  • Q4 · LeadershipMeasuring what matters, big-season campaign architecture, and staying in the game for the long haul.

The Growth Accelerator

4–8 weeks · one-on-one intensive

A weekly intensive that rebuilds how you set goals and get things done. Not inspiration — a working method you keep for life.

  • S.M.A.R.T.Y. goals with a number, date & reason
  • Clear the forces that quietly stop you
  • A time system that beats procrastination
  • Delegation, morning routines & your top values

You leave with written goals, a working system, and momentum that's yours to keep.

Ongoing Coaching

Monthly · stay on track

Momentum is easier to keep than to rebuild. For Accelerator graduates and anyone who knows accountability is half the battle.

  • Monthly one-on-one coaching calls
  • 45-day check-ins to keep goals honest
  • 90-day goal mentoring call for the next horizon

Small, steady corrections beat heroic restarts every time.

Team Coaching

For teams · shared goals

The same goal-setting engine, applied to your team's real situation. A team pulling in one direction beats talent pulling in ten.

  • Shared goals the whole team actually owns
  • Clearer communication & alignment
  • Each person's strengths, actually leveraged

Starts with a conversation about where your team is stuck today.

Good questions

Things people ask before they say yes

How much time does coaching actually take?
Sessions run about 60 minutes, once a week for the Growth Accelerator and once a month for the cohort. Between sessions you'll apply the work to your real goals — plan on one to two hours. It's designed to fit a full professional calendar, not compete with it.
Is this in person or virtual?
Virtual by default, so your location is never a barrier. In-person sessions and team workshops can be arranged — just ask.
What's the difference between the Growth Accelerator and ongoing coaching?
The Accelerator builds your system in 4–8 focused weeks: goals, time management, habits, values. Ongoing coaching keeps that system running with monthly calls, 45-day check-ins, and a 90-day goal mentoring call. Most clients start with the Accelerator.
Who is the Comms Manager Cohort for?
Communications and marketing leaders who carry a whole organization's voice — often without peers who understand the role. Members come from nonprofits, growing companies, and large churches, where I've done some of my deepest work. If you lead comms and feel like nobody quite gets your job, this room is for you.
I'm not really a "goals person." Is this still for me?
Especially then. You won't be asked to make a vision board. The method turns vague intentions into one written sentence with a number, a date, and a reason — then builds the weekly rhythm that gets it done.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope — an individual Accelerator is different from a team engagement or a cohort seat. The intro conversation is free and comes with zero obligation, so you'll know exactly what you're deciding on before you decide.
